2.1 Google Services Data
When you authorize the Service to connect to your Google account, we may access:
- Google Drive: Files and folders for video processing workflows
- Google Sheets: Spreadsheet data for workflow automation and logging
- YouTube: Channel information, video uploads, playlists, and video metadata
2.2 How We Use This Data
We access your Google data solely to:
- Download video files for processing
- Upload processed videos to YouTube
- Read and write workflow data to Google Sheets
- Manage YouTube video metadata, thumbnails, and playlists
We do NOT:
- Sell your data to third parties
- Use your data for advertising purposes
- Share your data with unrelated third parties
- Access data beyond what is necessary for configured workflows
3. Data Storage and Retention
3.1 Temporary Processing
- Video files are temporarily stored during workflow processing
- Temporary files are automatically deleted within 24 hours of processing completion
3.2 Workflow Logs
- Execution logs may be retained for up to 30 days for debugging purposes
- Logs contain workflow status, timestamps, and error information
3.3 Credentials
- OAuth tokens are stored securely within the n8n platform
- We do not store your Google password
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including:
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) for all data transfers
- Secure credential storage
- Access controls limiting who can use the Service
- Regular security updates
