NDZ Performance Workflow Automation

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NDZ Performance Workflow Automation application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service is an internal workflow automation platform operated by NDZ Performance that integrates with third-party services including:
- Google Drive (file storage and retrieval)
- Google Sheets (data management)
- YouTube (video uploads and management)
- Other connected services as configured
The Service automates business processes including video processing, content generation, and publishing workflows.
3. Authorized Use
This Service is intended for authorized use by NDZ Performance and its designated personnel only. The Service is not available for public registration or use.
4. User Responsibilities
By using this Service, you agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes
- Maintain the confidentiality of any credentials or access tokens
- Not attempt to circumvent any security measures
- Not use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
- Comply with all applicable laws and third-party service terms
5. Third-Party Services
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Google, YouTube, etc.) that have their own terms of service and privacy policies. Your use of these integrations is also subject to those third-party terms. We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.
6. Data Handling
6.1 Data Access
The Service accesses data from connected accounts (Google Drive files, YouTube channels, Google Sheets) solely for the purpose of executing configured workflows.
6.2 Data Storage
- Video files are temporarily stored during processing and deleted after workflow completion
- Workflow execution logs may be retained for debugging and auditing purposes
- No personal data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes
6.3 Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect data processed by the Service. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content processed through the Service remains the property of its respective owners. The Service and its underlying technology are the property of NDZ Performance.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NDZ PERFORMANCE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
